In Bielefeld geboren, aufgewachsen im Ruhrgebiet, führte mich mein Lehramtsstudium der Kunst und Sonderpädagogik nach Bonn, Münster und Köln.
Neben meiner Lehrtätigkeit in Bonn konnte ich bisher meine Arbeiten als Künstlerin in Gruppen- und Einzelausstellungen in Bonn, Aachen, Brauweiler, Frechen und Düppenweiler (Saar) präsentieren.
Seit 2001 arbeite ich in einem eigenen Atelier in Bonn Poppelsdorf, dem RAUM FÜR KUNST und habe dort auch die Möglichkeit, meine neuesten Bilder ständig auszustellen.
In diesem Rahmen nehme ich an den jährlich stattfindenden „Offenen Ateliers“ der Künstlergruppe SüdstArt teil.
